POLICE BLOCK THE UNITY FOUNTAIN ABUJA TO STOP BBOG TO PROTEST, SAY GROUP DEY CREATE TENSION FOR THE CITY


Police officers block the Unity fountain Abuja, to prevent members of the missing Chibok girls advocacy group, Bring Back Our Girls BBOG group, to stage dem march to the presidency.
The group been don plan to stage one march to the presidency to
demand for quick action for the release of the missing school girls but police no allow dem to commot from the Unity fountain. The FCT police spokesman, Anjuguri Manzah, for the statement wey him release, accuse the advocacy group say dem dey create tension among “law-abiding citizens”. “These indiscriminate actions, wey dem dey carry out in disorderly and sometimes riotous manner, dey create unwarranted tension and apprehension among lawabiding citizens and for the process obstruct legitimate business activities. The command dey hereby advise any person or group of persons wey wish to embark on any demonstration to notify the commissioner of police FCT  with writing and secure approval.”
