KINGING: Ooni don donates N2m plus land to elderly people.

The Ooni of Ife , Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi don donate N2m and acres of land for the construction of one elderly people’s home for Ile-Ife, Osun State .

According to a statement on Monday, the Ooni make the donation for the Ife Ooye Elegant Women Association Worldwide fundraising for the construction of elderly people’s home for Ile-Ife.
Na Queen Wuraola Ogunwusi wey be the  Ooni wife represent the Ooni for the occasion, she commend the organisers of the programme for dem concern about the welfare of the old pipu.
He say history no go forget dem and their names go dey written in gold.
He promise say he no go leave dem, say go fully support dem financially , physically and morally for the success of the programme, the President of the Ife Ooye Elegant Women Association Worldwide , Mrs Temilomo Lawal , say the association know say loneliness fit cause sudden death among old people. she say na wetin make dem gather together to build one home for the old and to properly care for them .
Lawal dey call for the support of indigenes, philanthropists and other non-governmental organisations to see the success of the programme .
