The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Y. O. Aje -Afunwa , give am bail condition of N500 ,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties dey required to submit their tax verification documents , with one of dem to get house within the jurisdiction of the court . But before he fit meet the bail conditions, the presiding magistrate don close for the day. so dem kukuma remand am for inside prison .
