At least 11 members of staff and students of the Osun State University, Ipetu Ijesa, don dey seriously injured as officers and men of the Nigerian Air Force Institute of Safety been
invade the campus. Plenty reports dey say, the air force men, been don dey terrorise the students of the University for some time now, the men dey armed with guns, cutlasses, sticks, and dem land the campus with patrol vehicles and Armoured Personnel Carriers to beat up lecturers and students.
The Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Adebimpe Adigun, wey confirmed the incident describe the attack as 'bloody'
"Six of the students are currently admitted to a hospital; five were treated for injuries. Two members of staff were also wounded by the military men." she yarn.
