ARMY GO USE DRONES FOR EDO GOV. ELECTIONS 'E DON RED'


To ensure fair, free and credible governorship election on September 28 for Edo State, the Nigerian Army say dem go deploy drones to monitor strategic location during the conduct of the election.

The Commander of 4 Brigade, Nigerian Army, Brigadier-General Raji Benbela, wey yarn journalists for Benin for one operation show of force wey dey staged by combined team of security agencies for inside the state, say the deployment of the drones go help support the aerial view of strategic locations across the state and also help to check activities of hoodlums.

He yarn say the show of force no be to intimidate the people but to assure dem say dem fit come out en masse and vote on Election Day, plus say security agents go dey deployed to strategic locations to stop unwanted elements from disrupting the process.

*na so, election no suppose be bloody thing, na exercise of rights.
