JUDGE WITHDRAW FROM IPOB LEADER, KANU NNAMDI TRIAL.


Justice John Tsoho, the judge wey dey handle the trial of the leader of the Indigenious People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu,
don return the case file to the Chief Justice of the Federal High Court, Ibrahim Auta, for reassignment. Tsoho ask for reassignment of the case after one petition by the legal team of Nnamdi KANU, wey Chuks Muoma lead, alleging say he dey biase with the handling of Kanu's case. Muoma say dem no get any confidence in Tsoho as dey believe say he no just dey fair to Kanu and he dey act on the orders of the Federal government. As dem ask for
reassignment, Tsoho say “I have no interest in trying your matter and I will return it to the CJ, but I will condemn the attitude of that counsel. I do not care if you take your case to another planet”.
