Former spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Olisa Metuh don lost him bid to stop him N400 million fraud trial, as the Supreme Court, on June 9, 2017 dismiss him application to seek for a stay of proceedings.
Metuh dey face trial with Destra Investment Limited for alleged fraud. He dey face 7-count charge against am by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Metuh through him lawyer, Onyeachi Ikpeazu, SAN file the application to seek for stay of proceedings for the High Court. As e be now, Metuh trial dey expected to continue on June 19, 2017 before Justice Abang.
