The university Director of Communication, Mr Olatunji Oladejo, yarn for Ibadan say the measure na in response to the threat by an unknown group to launch bomb attacks for the campus. security personnel don dey stationed for the entrance of the university and dem dey search students and visitors wey dey enter the institution.

Oladejo, say the university was no dey take  the threat for granted, say dats why plenty security don beef up in and around the university.
He say the campus security service dey complement the efforts of other security agencies to ensure beta security for the campus.
“What we are trying to do is to avert any unpleasant
situation in the university,” na so he yarn.
