NEWS: Supreme Court don sack Taraba Senator, Sani Danladi, orders am to refund all salaries, allowances within 90 days.

The Supreme Court don order the Senator wey dey represent Taraba North Senatorial District, Sani Abubakar Danladi to vacate the seat immediately and refund all salaries
and allowances wey he been don collect within 90 days. For the ruling, the Apex court declare Shuaibu Lau, as Senator to represent Taraba North.
The order dey contained for the judgement of the court for the appeal Shuaibu Lau file to challenge the decision of the court of appeal wey upturned him victory for the primary and he dey wrongfully substituted.
The court still order the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to issue fresh certificate of return to Lau.
The apex court for the unanimous decision of five member panel yarn say “the appellant has the right to participate just like any other candidate in the primary and of he feels his right was infringed upon, he has the right to approach the court.
And his substitution at the primary election is null and void since the appellant scored the highest number of votes, the only option is to declare the appellant as the winner of primary."
