THUGS DON BURN DINO MELAYE COMPLETE SCHOOL PROJECT FOR HIM CONSTITUENCY

Suspected thugs, on Wednesday, just do brunch down the constituency project wey suppose dey inaugurated by the Senator  Dino Melaye.

The projects dem na the Government Girls Secondary School, Sarkin-Noma, for Lokoja, the state capital and LGEA Primary School, Lokogoma, all for Lokoja.
As dey burn the one wey dey for Sarkin-Noma, dey break and spoil the windows, fans and classroom backboard for the one for LGEA.
Na on Wednesday dey been wan inaugurate the facilities dem.
Gist dey say Senator Dino Melaye been don dey on him way to the place dem for the inauguration before he hear the news of the destruction of the project dem, Dino been dey disappointed, but he still try reach there.

As e be, the Kogi State Government don condemn the burning of Dino Melaye constituency project.
The Director General, Media and Publicity to the state governor, Mr Kingsley Fanwo, wey yarn on behalf of the government as dem go check out the place yarn say
 “The government condemns the incident. Education is the leading thematic area of the state government and so we will not allow any elements to derail it.
“Irrespective of who is doing the project, the fund is from the government. So whether it is the executive or legislative, such projects should rather be applauded and not destroyed"
