One Federal High court wey sitdon for Abuja don grant bail to the director of the Indigenious People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
The trial judge, wey be Justice Binta Nyako don grant Kanu bail on health ground today April 25th. part of him bail conditions na say Kanu dey expected to provide three sureties with N100 million each.
The sureties must include one serving senator, one jewish religious leader and one highly respected person wey must get landed property anywhere inside Abuja.
Justice Binta con still order say Kanu must not grant any press interview or organize any rally pending the outcome of his trial. According to Justice Nyako, Kanu go dey free to go house after he fulfill him bail conditions. Kanu been don dey arrested since October 2015 for treasonable offences.
