Notorious kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a. Evans, don file one lawsuit against the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris and three others for the Federal High Court, Lagos onto him continuous detention.
To join the lawsuit as respondents na Nigeria Police Force, Commissioner of Police, Lagos State and the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Lagos State Police Command.
Evans wey dem arrest for him Magodo mansion inside Lagos on June 10th, say him detention without trial dey illegal and want the police to release am. For one fundamental rights enforcement suit wey him counsel, Olukoya Ogungbeje file, Evans dey ask the court to instruct the respondents to immediately charge am to court if dey get any case against am in accordance with Sections 35 (1) (c) (3) (4) (5) (a) (b) and 36 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He ask the court to order him release if the police no get any charge against am wey go warrant am to appear before any court.
