The Federal High Court wey sitdon for Abuja don order the two House of Representatives members from Enugu State,
Stella Ngwu from Igbo-Etiti/Uzo-Uwani Federal Constituency and Hon. Dennis Nnmachi Agbo from Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency to vamuse from dem seats sharperly. The court back the ruling after some petition from their political rivals. The court rule say Gabriel Okafor na the rightful winner of Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency seat election while Chijioke Ugwu win the Egbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency in Enugu State in 2015.
